Terms of Service

KOKUZOBASE is the automotive division of Suminotani Co., Ltd., based in Osaka, Japan.

Vehicles displayed on this website may include company stock, vehicles offered by independent suppliers, or examples of vehicles that KOKUZOBASE may be able to source through dealer and supplier channels in Japan. Displaying a vehicle does not guarantee its availability.

KOKUZOBASE is not an auction operator and does not represent itself as an official agent, partner, or authorized representative of any vehicle auction company. KOKUZOBASE does not accept instructions through this website to place auction bids on a customer’s behalf.

Vehicle availability, pricing, specifications, mileage, condition information, and any third-party vehicle assessment information are subject to confirmation and may change before an order is accepted.

The proposed vehicle source, available condition information, applicable fees, and contracting process will be disclosed in the individual quotation or sales agreement.

A quotation will be issued individually for each vehicle request.

All purchases are subject to final confirmation, payment clearance and export procedures.

KOKUZOBASE reserves the right to refuse transactions that violate applicable laws or export regulations.
