REFUND POLICY（Final Version）

KOKUZOBASE provides individually sourced used vehicles from Japan.

As each vehicle request is unique, this Refund Policy differs from the return policies commonly used by ordinary online retail stores.

1. Individual Quotations

Every vehicle is quoted individually based on its availability, condition, specifications, destination, and related costs.

A quotation does not constitute a binding sales agreement until accepted by both parties.

2. Deposits

Where a deposit is required, the amount and payment conditions will be specified in the quotation or sales agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deposits may become non-refundable once vehicle procurement or export arrangements have commenced.

3. Vehicle Procurement

Once KOKUZOBASE has commenced procurement activities, including purchasing a vehicle from suppliers or arranging export procedures on behalf of the customer, cancellation may not be possible.

Any costs already incurred shall remain payable.

4. Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be submitted promptly.

If cancellation is accepted, any refund will be subject to deductions for expenses already incurred, including but not limited to:

* Vehicle procurement
* Domestic transportation
* Inspection fees
* Export documentation
* Port handling charges
* Shipping reservations
* Banking charges
* Third-party service fees

5. Used Vehicle Condition

All vehicles supplied by KOKUZOBASE are pre-owned unless otherwise stated.

Normal wear, cosmetic imperfections, age-related deterioration, and mileage consistent with used vehicles do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

Vehicle information will be disclosed as accurately as reasonably possible before purchase.

6. Shipping Delays

Shipping schedules are provided as estimates only.

Delays caused by shipping companies, customs authorities, weather, port congestion, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control do not entitle the customer to cancel the purchase or claim a refund.

7. Refund Method

Any approved refund will normally be processed using the original payment method, after deducting applicable fees and costs.

Processing time depends on the relevant banking and payment systems.
