KOKUZOBASE is the automotive division of Suminotani Co., Ltd., based in Osaka, Japan.

We specialize in sourcing and exporting quality used vehicles from Japan. As every transaction is individually arranged, shipping terms may vary depending on the destination, vehicle, and customer requirements.

1. Shipping Destinations

We provide export support to Hong Kong, Macau, and other international destinations where importation of Japanese vehicles is legally permitted.

Vehicle availability and export eligibility are subject to the regulations of the destination country.

2. Shipping Methods

Vehicles may be shipped by:

* Roll-on / Roll-off (Ro-Ro)
* Container Shipping
* Other suitable international transport methods

The shipping method will be confirmed before the sales agreement is finalized.

3. Shipping Schedule

Estimated shipping schedules depend on factors including:

* Vehicle procurement
* Payment confirmation
* Export documentation
* Shipping line availability
* Port operations
* Customs procedures

Estimated departure and arrival dates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping-related costs may include:

* Domestic transportation within Japan
* Export documentation
* Port handling charges
* Marine insurance (if requested)
* Other applicable logistics costs

All applicable costs will be clearly stated in the individual quotation before the customer confirms the order.

5. Risk During Transportation

After the vehicle has been delivered to the shipping carrier, international transportation is performed by independent logistics providers.

KOKUZOBASE is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

* Shipping line delays
* Port congestion
* Customs inspections
* Weather conditions
* Natural disasters
* Government regulations
* Force majeure events

Customers may request marine insurance where available.

6. Import Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the purchased vehicle complies with the laws and import requirements of the destination country.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, import duties, taxes, registration fees, inspections, homologation, and other local compliance costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Shipping Documents

Where applicable, export documents may include:

* Commercial Invoice
* Bill of Lading
* Export Certificate
* Other documents required by customs authorities
